Diana opened Toile & Oak after years in corporate finance, brand management and marketing.
She starts with how people will use a house, then she runs the numbers. She also hosts vacation rentals of her own, so she designs every rental the way an owner would.
In the Lehigh Valley, she has set out to raise the standard for design expertise and client experience. One client called the process “smooth and honestly fun.”
- 4+ years in hospitality at a resort.
- A finance degree and 6+ years in corporate finance.
- 8+ years in brand management and marketing in consumer packaged goods.
- A vacation rental host and investor herself.
How we design
The Approach Diana’s design work draws on resort hospitality and corporate finance. We study the destination and its guests first, then weigh each choice on how it looks, works and pays back.
The Aesthetic We blur the line between home and boutique hotel. Every property tells a story inspired by its destination, and we go bold only where the guest will feel it.
The Go-Tos We buy from trade-only brands and choose pieces that can’t easily be replicated. The money goes first to what guests touch every day: durable sofas, hospitality-grade bedding and plush towels.
The Mantra Travelers shouldn’t have to choose between five-star service and the space and privacy of a home. We bring the same care to family homes. True luxury is “something you feel.”

Outside the studio
Diana is happiest outdoors with her family, skiing, hiking, rock climbing or at the lake. A former Ironman triathlete, she brings the same discipline to her work.
