Questions
What does full service mean?
It means we run the whole project, and it’s all we do. We design the home, order everything, manage the trades until their work matches our drawings, then install and style.
Can we hire you for a consultation or a design-only package?
No. If we don’t run the work, we can’t stand behind it.
Who pays the contractors?
You do, directly. We schedule the painters, wallpaper installers and other trades, and oversee their work until it matches our drawings.
How involved do we need to be?
You tell us how you want the house to feel, then approve the design. After that, you can leave the work with us, and we’ll keep you posted.
What does a project like this cost?
It depends on the house, the scope and how much is made for you. The Investment Guide sets out typical ranges.
Does your rental work shape how you design homes?
Yes. We spend first on what you touch every day, like the sofa and the bedding, and choose pieces built to last.
